CRYPTO CHALLENGE · PREVIEW & PRE-REGISTRATION

Frequently Asked Questions

Free Townline entry · $1,000,000 virtual portfolio · $12,000 prize pool · Dec 1–31, 2026.

Does Townline signup reserve an entry?

No. It requests a launch notice. No slot is reserved and no payment is taken.

How many cryptos and trades?

The preview targets 50 reference assets. The annual format permits locked allocations for December 2026. The official asset list and server trade rules must be finalized before entry opens.

When do rounds start?

Monthly 30-calendar-day rounds and annual rounds start on the first of a month. The challenge begins December 1, 2026.

Is there an entry fee?

No. Entry is free with Townline — no purchase necessary pending legal, payment-provider, funding and end-to-end operational verification.

Is the practice portfolio official?

No. It is stored locally and can be reset. It does not submit trades to a server or appear on an official leaderboard.

Why is a price missing?

Unavailable or stale prices pause trades in that asset. A missing holding price makes valuation incomplete. Prices are never fabricated.

Who can sign up?

The current registration policy permits Canadian residents outside Québec, age 19 or older. Final official eligibility remains a launch review item.

Skill-testing question

Under Canadian contest rules, potential winners must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before any prize is awarded.
